You are still walking distance from the City recreation center that includes the beautiful Stampin-up Park, Kanab City Pool with its water slide, the skate Board park and pump track, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and the city baseball fields. LaEstancia compliments the city amenities with a suite of our own private amenities that are designed with an active lifestyle including an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, workout area in the club house. We also have the world’s first “Best Friends Certified Dog Park” exclusively for our resident. Our new Phase 3 amenity will have a pickleball court, bocce ball court, kids playground and more. Locals refer to Kanab as “Little Hollywood” due to its history as a filming location for mostly western movies and television series such as Stagecoach, The Lone Ranger, Gunsmoke, Daniel Boone, El Dorado, Planet of the Apes, The Outlaw Josey Wales, and WindRunner: A Spirited Journey.
Kanab is also situated in the “Grand Circle” area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, and Lake Powell. Other nearby attractions include Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, the privately owned Moqui Cave, and the largest animal sanctuary in the United States, Best Friends Animal Society.
