La Estancia is located just two minutes from the heart of downtown Kanab, making it in close proximity to all of the natural wonders Southern Utah is famous for. The world-famous Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is located just 5 miles north of La Estancia (visitors are welcome). If you enjoy the outdoors, you will love having several national and state parks practically in your backyard, from Brian Head Ski Area, to Lake Powell, Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon National Park. There is no shortage of outdoor activities and things to see and do here.

One of the greatest pleasures of living in La Estancia Kanab is the Community Clubhouse. Surrounded by red rock cliffs, the Clubhouse is located in the heart of the community. The Clubhouse resides next to the restored Robinson Barn and serves as a gathering and picnic area. There is a fire pit and a beautiful kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for hosting community parties and special events for your family and friends. Your family can swim in the indoor and outdoor pools, work out in the fitness center, or soaking in the hot tub. The Clubhouse is home to both an outdoor and an indoor pool, as well as a jacuzzi tub for soaking and relaxing. The Clubhouse also features a great fitness center, complete with treadmills, elliptical machines, and a recumbent bike. Also offered are both free weights and weight machines for strength training and muscle building.
La Estancia is also home to the country’s first Best Friends® Certified Dog Park right here in La Estancia. Kanab, Utah, is a very dog friendly place! Because dogs and animals are such an integral part of our way of life, we thought it would be fitting to build a first- class dog park that would allow pet owners to mingle. If you are a dog owner and a lover of man’s best friend, then you will feel right at home at La Estancia. Our new addition to La Estancia is our Phase 3 amenity project beginning September 2023 which includes a pickleball court, bocce ball court, kids play area, large grass play area and much more. It will be open spring of 2024!
