Our most requested floor plan in La Estancia is the Vermillion plan. It boasts 1964 square feet and was designed to capture the incredible views in all directions! It features an extra-large Master bedroom as well as two guest bedrooms or office. It has an open dine-in kitchen, a sizeable living space for entertaining or socializing, and a 3-car garage fit for royalty, giving ample space for vehicles, storage, and any other toys you may need for your outdoor excursions. Our newest plan was created exclusively for our Phase 3 residents. This floor plan is amazing, featuring large rooms and generous ceilings. The master bedroom is spacious yet cozy with a bathroom to match. The great room is perfectly sized to host friends or just sit and wind down from a day in the Southwest. One of the absolute best features in the homes created for Phase 3 is the new Sky Decks! Each home has a staircase that takes you onto the roof patio where you can sit around a fire and look at the stars or look at the canyon walls! It is truly magical!
The North Rim Plan was one of our most popular plans in phases 1 and 2 and we thought it was perfect……however as we reimagined it for Phase 3, we thought “if only” we could tweak a few things it would be totally amazing! Who does not want a taller garage door and a more voluminous garage for all your recreational toys? Everyone! We also added our new Sky Deck that gives you 360-degree views of the canyon walls. We also added a full bathroom giving more flexibility to the office / extra bedroom. The rooms are big and so are the view opportunities! The North Rim was designed as a gathering place where families can plan their next adventure in Southern Utah. It also features our largest kitchen, dining room and great room combination for entertaining and being together.
Wow is all we can say! The largest and most spacious home we have built in La Estancia since we started. A huge kitchen, dining and entertaining area with large sliding doors to the back yard bring the outdoors inside. The guests can wander up the stairs to the Sky Deck and take in the 360-degree views while sitting in the hot tub, eating dinner at the outdoor dining area or around the fire pit. Large mudroom with lockers for storing all your outdoor gear. 2 master suites with their own bathrooms. 2 other bedrooms that share a full bathroom as well as a 1/2 bath. The pictures say it all!
We reached out to local Architect Bob Kaczowka and said “can you design us a clean, contemporary southwest design that has an amazing floor plan, with 3 bedroom, a great kitchen, a front view kitchen / great room or back view kitchen / great room design that is flexible for multiple lots to maximize all that our lots have to offer as well as a sky deck”? He did not disappoint us with the results. The Peek A Boo plan named after the famous slot canyon just north of Kanab is exactly what we asked for. We love it! Its open floor plan has the versatility to move our kitchen to the front or rear of the home allowing our great room to be repositioned for maximum views. It has a nice back patio for beautiful outdoor dining and access to the room deck to pick up 360-degree views of the canyon. A great 3 car garage for all your toys and equipment!
