an act of referring someone or something for consultation, review, or further action. To recommend someone.

In the real estate world, referrals mean everything! How, you may ask? Well… When you refer a friend to work with me, it’s because you enjoyed working with me, you appreciate my knowledge and experience, and you trust me with your loved ones’ real estate deals too! Think of it on a larger scale. If I work with 1 client, who shares me with 2 friends, who share me with 2 more friends, pretty soon we see huge affects from one simple act!

When referring someone new to my business, by either word-of-mouth or in written words, it’s important to include the following:
– Who I Am👱🏼♀️may seem simple, but if you can share who I am and how to contact me, it means the world!
– Why You Enjoyed Working With Me🥰 was it my goofy comments, timely responses, or my blatant honesty? Sharing with others what you enjoyed gives them something to look forward to!
– Be Genuine🐝 above all else, be genuine about everything. Nothing matters more than honesty, in referrals it’s important to be kind but be honest!
